Every book can have two stories.

Where's My Book? gives a physical book a second story: the story of where that particular copy travels after it leaves its first reader.

How it works

A reader registers a book and receives a unique WMB Book ID and printable QR bookplate. Future readers can scan the code, view the book's existing journey, and add a new city-level stop. An account is optional; people can register and track books without creating one.

Why city-level locations?

The project is meant to celebrate a book's travels, not track people. Please enter only a city, state or region, and country. Do not enter a home address, school address, workplace address, or other precise private location.

Passing books along

Books can be shared directly with another reader or left in an appropriate place where book sharing is permitted. Always follow property rules, local laws, and the policies of any Little Free Library, shop, organization, or venue you use.
